With the increasing number of church members, the worship hall was unable to accommodate the congregation and so in 2000 the building was renovated and enlarged. A parking lot was developed as well.
The Lord had blessed the congregation financially that 90% of the expenses for this development came from them; only 10% came from outside sources. The project was completed in 2003. In spite of the expanded building, the number of church members were fast growing that Sunday morning services were held twice (8-9:50 and 10-12).
The Lord continued to bless the congregation and caused them to be more generous that in 2003, a lot adjacent to the church measuring 190 sq.m. worth P 625,000.00 was purchased. In the same year, construction of a “help center” or another multipurpose building ensued. This is an ongoing project and the amount of more than P 3,000,000.00 has already been used for this project. The fund came mainly from the congregation.
In 2004, a 500 sq.m. lot for Bineng church was purchased at P 250,000.00 and in 2006 a two-storey missions and renewal center in Bineng was constructed amounting to almost half a million.

These were made possible through the generosity of the LTAG congregation being blessed by the Lord. Korean brethren donated P 250,000.00 worth of materials to aid in the construction of the center.
The Lord’s blessings had been abundant that in 2002, a vehicle worth P 555,000.00 was purchased to facilitate church activities.

Computer units were also purchased, audio visual equipments were improved and the musical instruments were upgraded. All church lots and other properties were purchased using the name Philippine General Council of the Assemblies of God: This is in accordance to the by laws of the denomination and the church.
